Pumpkin puree is an amazing ingredient to create healthy desserts. It also works super well in smoothies. It’s smooth texture adds a silky feel to the smoothie and the nutritional content make it a win-win in a smoothie. I love the taste of pumpkin pie, so I thought making it into a smoothie would be a fabulous idea.
Try it and I think you’ll love it. It’s also great for someone who has eating challenges and can’t chew, at least they can drink their pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving.
