To make almond milk faster, without the need for soaking or straining, all you need is almond butter and water. You can use any other nut butter or seed butter you like with this method, just keep in mind that the milk will taste like what you use.
So, if you use cashew butter, you’ll make cashew milk. And peanut butter would make peanut-flavored milk.

Feel free to add any flavorings you like, such as maple syrup or honey for sweetness. Or, try adding a touch of vanilla extract, cinnamon, or a pinch of salt. The taste is totally up to you!

To make fresh almond milk add 1 tablespoon of creamy almond butter for every 1 cup of water you use. It’s easy to scale this recipe to make exactly what you’ll need for the next few days.
Add the ingredients to a high-speed blender, then secure the lid. Blend for 30-60 seconds or until the mixture looks creamy.
There’s no need to strain this dairy-free milk, so it’s ready to use right away. Or, pour it into a mason jar with a lid and store it in the fridge to chill. It will separate overnight, so be sure to give it a good shake before using it again.
